AFFILIATE POLICY
Last updated: June 06, 2025
This Affiliate Program Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in the MarketMator Affiliate Program, operated by ND Group Company Limited (“MarketMator,” “we,” “us”) at marketmator.com.
By registering for or participating in our affiliate program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.
1. Program Overview
The MarketMator Affiliate Program allows participants to earn commissions by referring customers to marketmator.com. When a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase through your unique affiliate link, you earn a commission on that sale.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Who Can Apply
The MarketMator Affiliate Program is open to anyone who:
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Has a valid email address and a PayPal account or bank account to receive commissions
- Agrees to and complies with this Policy in full
- Does not reside in a jurisdiction where participation in affiliate programs is prohibited by law
2.2 Registration
To join, complete the affiliate registration form on marketmator.com. By submitting your application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2.3 Account Approval
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. We may also suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time for violations of this Policy.
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a flat commission of 7% per qualifying sale generated through their unique referral link.
3.2 Qualifying Sales
A sale qualifies for commission when:
- The customer clicks your unique affiliate link and completes a purchase within the cookie window (see Section 4)
- The order is fully paid and confirmed
- The order has passed the hold period without being refunded or disputed (see Section 5.2)
3.3 Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated on the final sale price actually paid by the customer in USD, after any discounts, coupons, or promotional reductions. Taxes (if applicable) are excluded from the commission base.
Example:
- Product listed at $20.00
- Customer uses a 10% discount code → pays $18.00
- Your commission: 7% × $18.00 = $1.26
3.4 Non-Qualifying Transactions
The following do not qualify for commission:
- Purchases made using your own affiliate link (self-referral)
- Orders that are refunded, reversed, or disputed
- Purchases where the tracking cookie had expired prior to checkout
- Fraudulent or artificially generated transactions
- Orders placed by other registered affiliates using your link
4. Cookie & Tracking
4.1 Cookie Duration
Our tracking cookie is valid for 30 days from the date of the customer’s first click on your affiliate link. If the customer completes a purchase within this window, the sale is attributed to you.
4.2 Last Click Attribution
MarketMator uses a last-click attribution model. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the commission is awarded to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently.
4.3 Tracking Limitations
We are not responsible for failed tracking due to:
- The customer’s use of ad blockers or privacy-focused browsers
- Cookie deletion by the customer before completing purchase
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
We do not manually override tracking attribution except in cases of verified technical error on our part.
5. Payments & Payouts
5.1 Payment Methods
Commissions are paid in USD via one of the following methods, selected by the affiliate in their dashboard:
- PayPal — payments sent to your registered PayPal email address
- International Bank Transfer (Wire) — payments sent to your registered bank account. Note: international wire transfer fees (if any) are borne by the affiliate.
5.2 Commission Hold Period
All commissions are held for 14 days after the qualifying order is marked as completed. This hold period exists to account for potential refunds or disputes. Commissions on refunded orders are automatically voided.
5.3 Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum balance required to trigger a payout is $20.00 USD. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle automatically.
5.4 Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month, provided your balance meets the minimum threshold and your account is in good standing. We reserve the right to delay a payout if we are reviewing your account for compliance.
5.5 Taxes & Reporting
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commissions earned through this program. MarketMator does not withhold taxes on behalf of affiliates. By participating, you confirm that you understand and accept this responsibility under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain the integrity of our program and protect all participants, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referral fraud — purchasing through your own affiliate link in any form, directly or indirectly
- Cookie stuffing — artificially placing affiliate cookies on users’ browsers without their knowledge
- Spam — promoting your affiliate link via unsolicited emails, SMS, or mass messaging of any kind
- Misleading claims — making false, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims about MarketMator’s products or services
- Paid search violations — bidding on MarketMator’s brand name, trademark, or domain as paid search keywords without prior written permission
- Trademark misuse — using MarketMator’s name, logo, or branding in a way that implies official endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship
- Incentivized clicks — offering cash, rewards, or incentives to users in exchange for clicking your affiliate link
- Multiple accounts — operating more than one affiliate account without explicit written approval
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending and unpaid commissions, and permanent removal from the program.
7. Marketing Guidelines
When promoting MarketMator, you must:
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content in compliance with applicable advertising disclosure laws (FTC guidelines for US audiences, ASA for UK audiences, and equivalent local regulations)
- Use only accurate and truthful descriptions of our products
- Not create websites, social profiles, or content that could be mistaken for official MarketMator properties
- Not make income guarantees or specific earnings claims on behalf of MarketMator
We provide approved marketing materials (banners, copy, product descriptions) in your affiliate dashboard. Use of these materials is encouraged but not mandatory, provided your own materials comply with this Policy.
8. Relationship Between Parties
Participation in the MarketMator Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and ND Group Company Limited. You are an independent contractor. You have no authority to bind MarketMator to any agreement or obligation.
9. Program Modifications & Termination
9.1 Changes to Commission Rate
We reserve the right to change the commission rate at any time with 14 days’ written notice to active affiliates via email. Commissions already earned prior to the change date will be paid at the original rate.
9.2 Program Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. In the event of program termination, we will provide 30 days’ notice and honor all legitimate commissions earned up to the termination date.
9.3 Account Termination by Affiliate
You may close your affiliate account at any time by contacting support@marketmator.com. Any unpaid commissions meeting the minimum threshold at the time of closure will be paid on the next scheduled payout date, provided no violations are found upon final review.
10. Limitation of Liability
MarketMator’s total liability to any affiliate under this program shall not exceed the total commissions earned by that affiliate in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from participation in the affiliate program.
11. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@marketmator.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Vietnam.
For affiliates located outside Vietnam, you agree that Vietnamese law governs this Policy and consent to Vietnamese jurisdiction for any formal disputes.
