These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of marketmator.com, operated by ND Group Company Limited (“MarketMator,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About MarketMator

MarketMator is a digital product marketplace that aggregates and resells digital goods — including advertising accounts, digital tools, and related products — sourced from multiple suppliers. We operate as a reseller and intermediary between suppliers and end customers.

2. Eligibility

To use MarketMator, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law
  • Agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Products & Services

3.1 Nature of Products

All products sold on MarketMator are digital goods delivered electronically. This includes but is not limited to advertising accounts (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads), digital access credentials, and related digital services.

3.2 Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe all products. However, as a marketplace aggregator, product specifications may vary based on supplier inventory. We do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free.

3.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3.4 Delivery

Digital products are delivered to your registered email address automatically upon confirmed payment. Delivery is typically completed within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases involving manual processing, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed on the product page and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are shown in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollar (USD) as indicated.

4.2 Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Bank transfer via Sepay (QR code payment — Vietnam)

Additional payment methods (credit card, crypto) may be added in future updates.

4.3 Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed by our payment gateway. Do not share payment confirmation screenshots in public channels — contact support directly at support@marketmator.com.

4.4 Taxes

Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes. Vietnamese customers may be subject to VAT in accordance with Vietnamese tax law. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes in their jurisdiction.

5. Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

5.1 Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • The product delivered does not function as described at the time of delivery (e.g., account credentials are invalid or non-working upon receipt)
  • A technical error on our part resulted in non-delivery or incorrect delivery

5.2 NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Products that have been accessed, used, or activated
  • Accounts that were functional upon delivery but later disabled due to your actions, policy violations on the supplier’s platform, or third-party platform changes
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Failure to use the product within a reasonable time
  • Bans or restrictions imposed by Facebook, TikTok, Google, or any third-party platform after delivery due to your usage behavior

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact support@marketmator.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Email used at checkout
  • Description of the issue with supporting evidence (screenshot)

We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method where possible.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use MarketMator or our products for:

  • Any illegal activity under Vietnamese law or the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Spamming, phishing, or any form of deceptive advertising
  • Violating the Terms of Service of any third-party platform (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Reselling our products without prior written authorization
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our platform
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or refund policies
  • Any activity that could harm MarketMator’s reputation or business relationships with suppliers

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending orders without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

MarketMator makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantees that advertising accounts will remain active beyond the point of delivery
  • Guarantees regarding advertising performance, ROAS, or campaign results
  • Continuity of access to third-party platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.)

We act as a reseller/aggregator. Once a product is delivered and confirmed functional, MarketMator’s obligation is fulfilled. Any subsequent platform-side changes, bans, or restrictions are beyond our control and are not grounds for refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ND Group Company Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Losses arising from your use or inability to use the products
  • Losses caused by third-party platform policy changes

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on marketmator.com — including logos, product descriptions, website design, and branding — is the property of ND Group Company Limited and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Account & Order Information

If you create an account on MarketMator, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our products involve accounts on third-party platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.). These platforms have their own Terms of Service that are entirely independent of MarketMator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the policies of these platforms. You use our products subject to their rules, and any platform-imposed restrictions are outside our control and responsibility.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@marketmator.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

12.2 Formal Dispute

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Vietnam with jurisdiction over ND Group Company Limited’s registered business address.

12.3 International Users

If you are located outside Vietnam, you agree that Vietnamese law governs these Terms and that you submit to the jurisdiction of Vietnamese courts for any disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ND Group Company Limited regarding your use of MarketMator, superseding any prior agreements.
